A craving for garlic shrimp, mac salad and rice happened at 7am. I was extremely excited when I found out this location opens that early. I was there by 730. There were a fee people there but no line. I ordered my food and was surprised at how fast it came out. The workers are pretty friendly. There are also a lot of parking spaces available. My food was amazing. Now that I know they are open so early and now deliver, I'll definitely be going back.

Great food, but it seems like management is inconsistent with the staff. Customer service isn't very good because it doesn't seem like they care.

They charge $.50 a lemon slice. Sorry, but WTH? In what world does that make sense?!?! On top of that, the woman said "Well, sometimes it's free if the owner feels like it...but if a cashier picks up it's $.50 a slice." Never once have I had to pay for a SLICE of lemon! If it's two or three slices, ok I get it...BUT PER SLICE?!?! I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

I remember L&L back in the 80's and my memories were better then my experience today. Then again I barely hit my teenage years back then so who knows. What I do know is that their prices are pretty low but you have to order each item individually unless you get a plate lunch. I was still able to feed my family of 4.5 on less than $40 so that's good i suppose. My cheeseburger was good but wasn't anything special, french fries are the shoe string kind (not my favorite choice) and were the typical "drop in the boiling oil" french fries. The deep fried shrimp was, WAY, to overcooked to enjoy. My wife had the teri pork which was about 60% fat and 40% pork. Brown rice was cooked perfectly and the tossed salad was crisp. Their thousand island dressing was entirely to runny and the mac salad had to much mayo. Kids loved their spam musubi and saimin. Delivery was fast and they only charge a $3 delivery charge. They also take credit cards over the phone which made it nice. To sum it all up, if you are looking for a quick and easy delivery meal then order here. Just know that the quality will probably mirror the lower prices. Mahalo nui loa, SYOY

We ordered food for my daughters birthday party. They are so friendly at this location! They always have great customer service. We ordered noodles, sweet & sour spare ribs, chicken Katsu, beef broccoli and garlic shrimp. All were very good! The pans were very full. The delivery was on time. They were awesome! Will definitely be ordering from them again!

So disappointed. Food sucks. Workers there sucks (not all of them). They don't cater to you, you have to cater to them, yet you're the one paying for the food. Does that even make sense?! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN... EVER!!!

For a while my daughter and I would come here daily to order a mini bbq chicken with a side of ginger sauce and a green tea. That was lunch, and it made our tummies happy :D The pricing is very reasonable! The staff-awesome! The food is pretty good :D If you request your food to be made a certain way, they definitely do their best to accommodate you. If there is a mistake, they apologize and will quickly give you a fresh plate. My only gripe(s) with this place is that their fountain drinks taste dirty..like, their spouts/nozzles need to either be replaced or cleaned very well. The water and ice taste a bit funky when melted as well, which is why I stick to buying the can of green tea. The parking lot is small, but I have never seen the lot full at any given time. One of the things I really like is that it's guaranteed to be nice and cool in there, even a bit on the cold side lol. I believe they take cash as well as card? I need to check on that lol. They deliver to your house too! I think you must have a minimum order of $20 dollars and the delivery charge is somewhere around 2 dollars? It's an awesome option, especially for rainy days! I am definitely coming back here!

Several reasons this place tops the other L & L's. 1) This is the only place that delivers other than the pizza joints in Ewa. - Minimum order is $20 - Charge a delivery fee. 2) They take credit cards. There's a bunch that still take only cash. 3) Good Customer Service. 4) Open from 7am in the morning. Yup, they serve breakfast. 5) Generous portions. Ordered a couple of mini chicken katsu plates. Short wait while it was being made. Called my order , gee no "thank you" just a blank stare when I picked it up. Got home and no katsu sauce or knives?!? Next time I'll remember to check.

My husband and I had breakfast here the other day and was impressed. We were dropping off our dog for grooming and decided to eat here. The young guy at the counter was stellar at customer service. He greets you when you walk in the door, smiles, and is extremely courteous and polite. He gets 10 stars! We got the breakfast special with a side order of pancakes (3 pieces). We got a LOT of food for a great price. We paid a little $10 for 2 breakfast specials, flapjacks, and 2 drinks. Not bad. The pancakes were HUGE. Three pieces of pancakes that literally covered the entire bottom of the take out tray. The breakfast special was regular that you would get any most take out places. We will definitely eat here again when we're in the area.

I love L & L. Especially this one! Out of all the L & L's this one gives the most food! They pile the food mountain high. The kind where your plate cannot even close! :) Service here is always great! The cashier lady is always greeting you with a warm smile. Shes very friendly and real personable. Their food is the same as any other L&L. But what I love about this one is the HOMEMADE hamburger patties. So soft and fresh. None of that frozen hard crap! lol! Their gravy is like no other. I usually order a loco moco with extra gravy and I add grilled onions. Winnahs! :D This location also sells cigarettes. Bring your I.d cause they will check. They also make deliveries! I think there's a minimum amount you need to order for them to deliver. And I'm not too sure of how far they travel.

My expectations was very high since this is my FIRST L & L order. Turned out very disappointed. I ordered a PAN of garlic chicken thinking all garlic chicken is alike in all resturant...tendered deep fried chicken with garlicky sauce. This garlic chicken is like chopped steak style with lots of onions, garlic, chopped chicken with teri sauce. I didn't bother to open to check after it was done cooking. This man was kind enough to carry the pan straight into my car. The garlicky aroma just permeated in my car. This was ordered for an occasion. After I opened my pan, it wasn't what I expected...yeah, I got garlic chicken alright. Sorry to say that this is my LAST L & L order.

This L&L has DELIVERY with an order of at least $15! That's pretty awesome in itself if you ask me. Located in older Ewa, it gives Ewa residents another option for places to eat. Equipped with the standard L&L fare plus the Hawaiian Plate, I definitely have to give this place a thumbs up! The man who owns the business was nice to us, but it was a little awkward when he was yelling at an employee about forgetting the sauce when he delivered someone's order instead of taking our orders at an open register... Regardless, he was nice to us so I won't count it against him. The only thing is the food is pretty greasy. I know it's a fast food place but I've never had laulau with grease on it before... The kalua pig with cabbage was tasty, but the laulau was dry. Other than that the food was good! I'll probably be back again when I'm short on time! Maybe I'll have to try delivery sometime too!
